Abstract:
A biosensor based on a surface acoustic wave mode and a test method thereof. The biosensor comprises: a substrate (21) formed from a piezoelectric substrate or a piezoelectric material; an interdigital transducer (24); a microchannel liquid container (26) provided between an input transducer and an output transducer of the interdigital transducer (24) and used for biological reaction; and a bio-functional membrane (25) located in the microchannel liquid container (26) and used for adsorption of a liquid sample under test. When a liquid sample is under test, at least one surface acoustic wave mode for performing a microfluidic operation on and agitation of the liquid sample under test is configured in each of a sensing channel and an excitation channel of the interdigital transducer (24), and a frequency signal for analyzing a physical property of the liquid sample under test is output. In the biosensor and the test method thereof, Rayleigh surface waves are added in a direction perpendicular to the sensing channel to excite flowing and agitation of a liquid, thereby realizing a biological test function resistant to non-specific interference and capable of a rapid response.
