Abstract:
A biosensor 1 that uses reaction heat ΔT generated from a contact reaction between a substrate contained in a liquid sample 90 and an enzyme corresponding to the substrate to acquire information regarding the substrate, comprising a flow path 101 allowing the liquid sample 90 to flow therein, a holding sheet 15A that is disposed within the flow path 101 and holds the enzyme, and a first temperature sensor 35 that is disposed in such a manner as to correspond to the holding sheet 15A and detects the reaction heat ΔT, wherein the enzyme is held within the holding sheet 15A.
