Disclosed is a processing method for a bipolar plate of a fuel cell. In the processing method, according to a target flow channel structural diagram (30), a graphite bipolar plate blank is processed by means of laser to form flow channels so as to obtain a graphite bipolar plate. The spot diameter of the laser is micron-sized. The processing method uses laser for processing of the flow channels. The laser processing does not generate mechanical stress, the spot diameter is small, and therefore, the laser processing can form flow channels with a narrower ridge width and a denser arrangement. The ultra-dense flow channels are conducive to diffusion of reaction gas, and improve the performance of the bipolar plate. Furthermore, the processing method further comprises performing a surface cleaning treatment and a surface hydrophobization treatment on the formed graphite bipolar plate, and the flow channels after the surface hydrophobization treatment are not prone to water accumulation. The bipolar plate flow channels formed by means of the processing method have enhanced gas delivery capacity, and the processing method improves the performance of the bipolar plate.
