Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new compound or the like that can be used as a crosslinking agent that provides a crosslink product that has excellent plasma resistance while maintaining heat resistance. This compound is represented by the following general formula (in the general formula, R1 represents -SO2-, -O-, -CO-, an optionally substituted alkylene group, a group represented by the following formula, or a single atomic bonding, and the two A's each independently represent an aromatic ring group including a five-membered or six-membered aromatic ring optionally having a substituent group (a substituent group is included when the aromatic ring group is a monocyclic aromatic ring group including a six-membered aromatic hydrocarbon ring)).
