The present invention relates to a bismaleimide-derived epoxy compound containing a polycyclic structure and a preparation method therefor. Specifically, the present invention relates to a novel structured epoxy compound prepared through the Diels-Alder reaction of bismaleimide and furan epoxy, and to a preparation method therefor.
