Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a method for preparing a bispecific-probe-coupled capture magnetic bead, which method comprises: coupling a capture magnetic bead to a bispecific probe, wherein hypoxanthine is introduced into a position in the 15 bp-25 bp region at the 5' end of the bispecific probe, and the bispecific probe has a length of 20 bp-70 bp.
