Abstract:
The present application provides a bit rate control method and device, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining the actual bit rate of a current frame on a current coding layer; determining a current weight of the current coding layer according to the actual bit rate of the current frame; and determining a current target bit rate for the current coding layer on the basis of the remaining bit rate and the current weight of the current coding layer. A current weight of a current coding layer is determined by means of the actual bit rate of a current frame on the current coding layer, and then a current target bit rate for the current coding layer is determined on the basis of the actual bit rate of the current frame on the current coding layer; therefore, the present application takes the characteristics of an encoder into consideration in the process of assigning a target bit rate to a layer, and thus can improve the versatility of a bit rate control algorithm compared with an existing bit rate control scheme.
