Abstract:
A black phosphorus nanosheet, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof, said method uses a black phosphorus thin sheet as an electrolysis anode, which together with an inert electrode and an alkaline aqueous electrolysis liquid collectively form an electrochemical reaction system, wherein the alkaline aqueous electrolysis liquid contains an N-N dimethylformamide solution having a dissolved epoxy resin. Being in the alkaline aqueous electrolysis liquid causes the prepared black phosphorus nanosheet to tend toward a more stable structure, to not be prone to breaking, and also lowers the degree of oxidation, and being under alkaline conditions is beneficial for improving the effect of intercalation and exfoliation on an anodic black phosphorus material, and allows for more complete black phosphorus exfoliation.
