Description:
Description Title of Invention: BLACKBOARD ERASING IMPLEMENT

Technical Field

[I] The present invention relates to a blackboard erasing implement, and more particularly, to a blackboard erasing implement having a blackboard eraser to erase chalk marks written on a blackboard cleanly and easily, and a blackboard eraser cleaner to remove the chalk powder clung to the blackboard eraser conveniently. Background Art

[2] Typically, teachers or instructors teach or instruct students in schools or academies while they write important information necessary for the students or other contents necessary for classes on a blackboard. [3] In this case, chalks made of carbonated soda are generally used to write information on a blackboard. [4] At this point, after the end of a class or during the class, information written on the blackboard is erased using a blackboard eraser, to then prepare for the following courses of class. [5] Here, a conventional blackboard eraser that is used to erase information written on a blackboard will be described as follows with reference to the accompanying drawing

FIG. 1. [6] As shown in FIG. 1, a blackboard eraser includes: an eraser plate 1 formed of a rectangular plate of the size of the palm approximately; an outer skin member 2 that is attached on the Bottom of the eraser plate 1 to thus be in contact with a blackboard; and a grip portion 3 that is fixed on the upper surface of the eraser plate 1. [7] In this case, a cushion member 4 such as cotton 4 is filled in the inside of the outer skin member 2, and the outer skin member 2 is fixed to the edge of the bottom of the eraser plate 1. [8] Here, the outer skin member 2 is formed of a convex shape by the cushion member 4 filled therein, and is made of corduroy cloth which is thick cotton cloth with parallel raised lines on the outside.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem

[9] However, the conventional blackboard eraser has the following problems.

[10] Firstly, since the outer skin member 2 is made of a corduroy material, adsorption to the chalk powder is small.

[I I] Accordingly, in order to clearly erase information written on a blackboard with pieces of chalk, a blackboard eraser should be rubbed on the blackboard several times. In the process of making the blackboard eraser rubbed on the blackboard several times, a lot of the chalk powder is flown. [12] Furthermore, as a lot of the chalk powder is flown, the flown chalk powder adversely affect the health of teachers and students. [13] Secondly, since the outer skin member 2 is formed of a convex shape by the cushion member 4 filled therein, the cross-sectional area of the outer skin member 2 that contacts on the blackboard is small. [14] In other words, it is difficult to erase more chalk marks written on the blackboard at once. [15] Thirdly, it is very uncomfortable to remove the chalk powder adsorbed on the blackboard eraser. [16] In order to remove the chalk powder adsorbed on the blackboard eraser, a classroom window should be opened and then direction of the wind should be checked. Then, two blackboard erasers are made to strike against each other. Otherwise, the outer skin member 2 of the blackboard eraser should be striken using a separate implement of beating the outer skin member of blackboard erasers. [17] Furthermore, the chalk powder clung to the blackboard eraser should be removed frequently. [18] Fourthly, since the outer skin member 2 is made of a material having limited rigidity, the outer skin member 2 should be frequently replaced with a new one. Accordingly, an economic cost increases. [19] In other words, since frequent shocks are applied to the outer skin member 2 during removing the chalk powder clung to the blackboard eraser, the outer skin member 2 may be damaged and thus cushion member 4 may be frequently exposed to the outside.

Solution to Problem [20] To solve the above problems of the conventional art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a blackboard erasing implement that is made of a natural leather material to thus maximize adsorption for chalk powder and to thereby treat the chalk powder clung to the blackboard eraser easily and cleanly. [21] To attain the above object of the present invention, there is provided a blackboard erasing implement comprising:

[22] a blackboard eraser; and a blackboard eraser cleaner,

[23] wherein the blackboard eraser comprises: a support plate; and a bottom member that is installed on the bottom of the support plate and is made of a natural leather material that produces friction against a blackboard, and the bottom member from which an inner skin with fluff is exposed, [24] wherein the blackboard eraser cleaner comprises a combining member that is attached on or detached from the blackboard, in which the blackboard eraser is safely accommodated, and

[25] wherein the blackboard eraser cleaner comprises a chalk powder removing member having a plurality of protrusions and holes that are respectively formed between the protrusions so as to produce friction against the bottom member of the blackboard eraser.

[26] In this case, preferably but not necessarily, a grip portion is further combined on the upper portion of the support plate, and at least one fitting hole is formed in one of the support plate and the grip portion and at least one fitting protrusion is formed in the other of the support plate and the grip portion.

[27] In addition, preferably but not necessarily, a combining groove is formed in the inside of the support plate in response to the bottom member, and the bottom member is fixed into the combining groove by a non-toxic bond.

[28] In addition, preferably but not necessarily, a cushion member is further interposed between the support plate and the bottom member, an outer skin member is installed on the outer sides of the support plate and the cushion member, in order to shield the cushion member, and the outer skin member is made of a natural leather material, in which a fluffy inner skin is exposed from the bottom member.

[29] Also, preferably but not necessarily, the blackboard eraser cleaner comprises: an upper bracket including an outer frame and a plurality of support frames that form the bottom of the outer frame, in which a chalk powder removing member is safely accommodated; a lower bracket that is disposed at the lower side of the upper bracket; and a waste collecting drawer that is disposed in the lower bracket and that accommodates chalk powders that fall through the holes of the chalk powder removing member.

[30] Alternatively, preferably but not necessarily, the blackboard eraser cleaner comprises: an upper bracket that forms a safe accommodation groove in which a chalk powder removing member is safely accommodated; a lower bracket on the upper portion of which the upper bracket is combined; an extended portion that is extended in the lower direction of the lower bracket; an interval adjusting portion that is escalated along the extended portion and that adjusts an interval spaced from the lower bracket; and a combining member that is combined at both end portions of the interval adjusting portion and is provided to be combined on a blackboard.

[31] In this case, preferably but not necessarily, an elongate hole is formed in any one of the interval adjusting portion and the extended portion in a height direction, and a bolt and a nut are engaged through the elongate hole to fix the position of the interval adjusting portion.

[32] In addition, preferably but not necessarily, the combining member comprises a screw member that is screw-combined on both end portions of the interval adjusting portion and a compressing member that is installed at the upper end of the screw member. [33] In addition, preferably but not necessarily, the holes that are formed in the chalk powder removing member form a series of polygons and the protrusions are formed to protrude upward from the upper side of the polygons.

Advantageous Effects of Invention

[34] The blackborad erasing implement according to the present invention has the following effects.

[35] Firstly, both an outer skin member and a bottom member of a blackboard eraser that erases chalk marks written on a blackboard are made of a natural leather material, to thereby maximize adsorption with respect to chalk powders.

[36] In other words, since chalk powders are adsorbed by fluff that are densely formed in an inner skin of the natural leather, the blackboard eraser made of the natural leather material has a more remarkable cleaning effect of cleaning the blackboard in comparison with a conventional blackboard eraser made of a cotton or corduroy material.

[37] Accordingly, there is no need to rub the blackboard with the blackboard eraser several times, an effort and a burden of erasing chalk marks written on the blackboard can be minimized.

[38] Secondly, since both an outer skin member and a bottom member of a blackboard eraser that erases chalk marks written on a blackboard are made of a natural leather material, the blackboard eraser according to the present invention can be used for a long life in comparison with a conventional blackboard eraser made of a cotton or corduroy material.

[39] In other words, since there is no concern that the blackboard eraser according to the present invention may be damaged due to frequent shocks or frictions, the blackboard eraser according to the present invention can be used for a long life in comparison with the conventional blackboard eraser. As a result, am economic loss that is caused by a replacement cost of the blackboard eraser can be minimized, to thereby enhancing an economic efficiency.

[40] Thirdly, since fluffs that are densely formed in the inner skin of the natural leather maximize adsorption with respect to chalk powders, the chalk powders are not flown or scattered during a process of erasing chalk marks written on the blackboard.

[41] Accordingly, a class can be made under a pleasant environment, and teachers and students are not adversely affected in view of their health.

[42] Fourthly, when chalk powders clung to the blackboard eraser made of the natural leather are removed from the blackboard eraser cleaner according to the present invention, there is no need to make two blackboard erasers strike against each other, or to use a separate implement of beating the outer skin member of blackboard erasers. As a result, chalk powders can be treated easily and cleanly.

[43] In other words, since both the bottom member and the outer skin member of the blackboard eraser according to the present invention are made to produce friction against the chalk powder removing member, in order to remove the chalk powders adsorbed by the natural leather, the chalk powders can be removed without raising or scattering the chalk powders.

[44] Here, the waste collecting drawer that accommodates chalk powders falling from the chalk powder removing member are taken out at intervals, to thus empty the collected chalk powders from the waste collecting drawer at a certain place, and to thereby treat the chalk powders cleanly. [64] In addition, preferably but not necessarily, the holes that are formed in the chalk powder removing member form a series of polygons and the protrusions are formed to protrude upward from the upper side of the polygons. Mode for the Invention

[65] Hereinbelow, a blackboard erasing implement according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, that is, FIGS. 2 to 6.

[66] The blackboard erasing implement includes a blackboard eraser and a blackboard eraser cleaner.

[67] First, a blackboard eraser will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.

[68] The blackboard eraser plays a role of erasing contents written on a blackboard with a piece of chalk, and includes a support plate 100, a cushion member 200, an outer skin member 300 and a bottom member 400.

[69] The support plate 100 is configured to form the lower shape of the blackboard eraser, and is preferably made of synthetic resin to maintain a flat state.

[70] The support plate 100 is configured to maintain a flat state, in order to make a cross- sectional area contacting the blackboard wider at maximum to thus perform an efficient cleaning operation.

[71] Here, a plurality of fitting protrusions 110 are formed in the support plate 100.

[72] The fitting protrusions 110 are combined with a grip portion that will be described later.

[73] Meanwhile, the support plate 100 may be provided in a variety of forms, and in this specification it is provided in the form of an ellipse as an example, for convenience.

[74] Next, the cushion member 200 plays a role of a buffer when the blackboard eraser contacts the blackboard, and is disposed at the lower side of the support plate 100. [75] Here, the cushion member 200 is preferably made of a sponge, and has a certain thickness. [76] In addition, the cushion member 200 is configured to have a shape corresponding to the support plate 100. [77] Next, the outer skin member 300 is configured to form a lower perimeter of the blackboard eraser, and is provided to enclose a part of the upper surface of the support plate 100 and the side surface of the cushion member 200. [78] In this case, the outer skin member 300 covers the cushion member 200 to thus play a role of preventing the cushion member 200 from being exposed, as well as play a role of erasing chalk marks together with a bottom member 400 to be described later. [79] In other words, the outer skin member 300 is used to erase the chalk marks narrowly.

[80] Accordingly, the outer skin member 300 is preferably made of a natural leather material. [81] This is to increase rigidity of the outer skin member 300, as well as to erase chalk marks easily and cleanly. [82] The detailed description for the outer skin member 300 will be described together when the bottom member 400 will be described later. [83] Meanwhile, the outer skin member 300 is fixed on the edge of the top surface of the support plate 100, as mentioned earlier, and then bent toward the side surface of cushion member 200 in order to shield the cushion member 200. [84] In this case, the outer skin member 300 may be fixed on the support plate 100 by doing a needlework, or may be frozen thereon by an adhesive. [85] Meanwhile, it is undesirable to provide the outer skin member 300 that is excessively thick. This is because the outer skin member 300 is not smoothly processed with respect to the support plate 100 during performing a process of bending and machining the outer skin member 300 with respect to the support plate 100. [86] As a result, the outer skin member 300 is preferably about 0.6mm thick.

[87] Next, the bottom member 400 plays a role of contacting a blackboard and erasing chalk marks written on the blackboard, and is disposed on the bottom of the cushion member 200. [88] Here, the bottom member 400 is configured to form a shape corresponding to the bottom surface of the cushion member 200, and is fixed on the outer skin member 300. [89] Here, since the cushion member 200 is configured to provide a flat bottom surface, the bottom member 400 is also configured to provide a flat form corresponding to the bottom surface of the cushion member 200.

[90] In this case, the bottom member 400 is made of a material of natural leather.

[91] Here, a natural leather is treated animal skin from butchered animals, for example, cattle, sheep, etc,. The animal skin is peeled, and then oil of the animal skin is removed. Then, the leather of a certain thickness is obtained. At this point, the leather is classified into outer leather having a skin layer and inner leather having no skin layer. Here, natural leather is obtained by dyeing and processing the outer leather. [92] At this point, a usual natural leather product is elegant because a surface (hereinafter, for convenience referred to as an outer skin) is exposed, and fluffs are formed in the inside (hereinafter, for convenience referred to as an inner skin) of the natural leather product.

[93] Meanwhile, a fluffy inner skin is exposed from the bottom member 400.

[94] This is to maximize adsorption with respect to chalk powders.

[95] In other words, adsorption with respect to chalk powders can be maximized because of the fluffs that are densely formed in the inner skin of the natural leather. [96] When compared with a conventional blackboard eraser made of a corduroy material, the outer surface of the corduroy blackboard eraser is configured to form a series of valleys and mountains as shown in FIG. 1. As a result, it may be considered that such a series of valleys and mountains have prevented adsorption with respect to chalk powders from being maximized. [97] Accordingly, the conventional blackboard eraser should be rubbed on the blackboard several times, in order to remove chalk marks written on the blackboard cleanly.

However, chalk marks may remain on the blackboard. [98] Meanwhile, the natural leather blackboard eraser is configured to form dense fluffs as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3. As a result, chalk powders can be all adsorbed by fluffs. [99] Accordingly, even if the blackboard eraser according to the present invention is rubbed on a blackboard only one time, the chalk marks are not left at all on the places where the bottom member 400 of the blackboard eraser has passed on the blackboard. [100] Meanwhile, the bottom member 400 is preferably formed thicker than the outer skin member 300. [101] This is to increase rigidity of the bottom member 400, because the bottom member

400 contacts the blackboard more frequently than the case of the outer skin member

300. [102] Accordingly, the bottom member 400 is preferably formed of a thickness of about

1.2mm. [103] Here, the bottom member 400 may be integrated with the outer skin member 300.

However, it may be difficult to bend the bottom member 400 due to the thickness of the bottom member 400, if the bottom member 400 is integrated with the outer skin member 300. [104] Accordingly, the outer skin member 300 and the bottom member 400 are preferably formed into different thickness, as an individual member, respectively. [105] Meanwhile, a grip portion 500 is installed on the upper portion of the support plate

100. [106] The grip portion 500 is provided to make a user easily grasp a blackboard eraser and is preferably made of synthetic resin. [107] Here, the grip portion 500 includes a body 510 corresponding to the size and shape of the support plate 100, and a grip 520 that is formed on top of the body 510. [108] Meanwhile, fitting holes 511 are formed on the bottom surface of the body 510 so as to be compulsively fitted with fitting protrusions 110 of the support plate 100, respectively. [109] So far, the configuration of the blackboard eraser of the blackboard erasing implement according to the present invention has been described. [110] Hereinbelow, the blackboard eraser cleaner will be described with reference to the accompanying FIG. 5. [I l l] The blackboard eraser cleaner plays a role of removing chalk powders adsorbed on the natural leather of the blackboard eraser, and includes an upper bracket 600, a lower bracket 700, a chalk powder removing member 800, and a waste collecting drawer

900. [112] The upper bracket 600 is configured to form a frame in which the blackboard eraser is safely accommodated, and includes an outer frame 610 and a support frame 620. [113] The outer frame 610 is configured to form the perimeter of the upper bracket 600 and is preferably formed of a rectangular shape so as to surround the blackboard eraser. [114] The support frame 620 is provided so as to safely accommodate the blackboard eraser, and is installed on the lower portion of the outer frame 610. [115] In this case, a plurality of support frames 620 are preferably provided on bottom of the space formed by the outer frame 610, and are preferably welded on bottom of the outer frame 610.

[116] By this configuration, the support frames 620 are spaced from each other. [117] Next, the lower bracket 700 is disposed at the lower side of the upper bracket 600, and a waste collecting drawer 900 is disposed on the lower bracket 700. [118] The bottom bracket 700 is also configured similarly to the upper bracket 600, and includes an outer frame 710 forming a perimeter of the lower bracket 700, and a plurality of support frames 720 on which the waste collecting drawer 900 is safely accommodated. [119] Next, the chalk powder removing member 800 is configured to produce friction with the natural leather of the blackboard eraser, and plays a role of making the chalk powders adsorbed on the natural leather fallen and collected therein. [120] Here, the chalk powder removing member 800 is preferably made of a relatively hard solid rubber material, and includes a plurality of protrusions 810. [121] In this case, holes are formed between the plurality of protrusions 810. Accordingly, chalk powders fallen from the natural leather pass through the holes. [122] Here, the protrusions 810 can be formed in any shape without any limitation, if it is configured to produce smooth friction with the natural leather.

[123] In other words, as shown in FIG. 5, the protrusions 810 can be formed into a sequential wave pattern, similarly to that of a grater or steel plate that grates vegetables. [124] Next, the waste collecting drawer 900 plays a role of collecting the chalk powders or foreign matters fallen away from the chalk powder removing member 800, and is disposed on the support frame 720 of the lower bracket 700. [125] Meanwhile, the waste collecting drawer 900 is preferably made of synthetic resin and has an accommodation groove 910 of a regular space. [126] Meanwhile, a combining member 10 is installed in one side of the upper bracket 600 and the lower bracket 700, respectively. [127] The combining member 10 plays a role of attaching or detaching a blackboard eraser cleaner on or from a blackboard, and includes a fixing frame 11 that is fixed to one side of the upper bracket 600 and the lower bracket 700, a compressing member 12, and a screw member 13. [128] Here, the fixing frame 11 is fitted with a chalk support stand on which pieces of chalk are put, and the compressing member 12 is formed on the upper portion of the screw member 13. [129] By this configuration, the compressing member 12 is disposed on the lower surface of the chalk support stand (not shown). The compressing member 12 compresses the lower surface of the chalk support stand by rotation of the screw member 13. [130] Accordingly, the blackboard eraser cleaner can be coupled with the chalk support stand. [131] Hereinbelow, configuration and function of the blackboard erasing implement having the blackboard eraser and the blackboard eraser cleaner that have been described before will be described. [132] The blackboard eraser is provided with the support plate 100 combined on the grip portion 500, and the blackboard eraser cleaner is provided with the upper bracket 600 on which the chalk powder removing member 800 is placed and the lower bracket 700 on which the waste collecting drawer 900 is placed. [133] Here, the blackboard eraser cleaner is combined on the chalk support stand of the blackboard, and the blackboard eraser is safely accommodated in the chalk powder removing member 800. [134] Here, in order to erase chalk marks written on the blackboard, the bottom member

400 of the blackboard eraser is rubbed over the chalk marks on the blackboard. [135] In this case, since the chalk powders are adsorbed by fluffs formed on the bottom member 400, the places on the blackboard where the bottom member 400 has passed is cleaned.

[136] As mentioned earlier, since fluffs are densely formed in the inner skin of the natural leather, adsorption with respect to the chalk powders can be maximized.

[137] Accordingly, even if the blackboard eraser is not rubbed on the blackboard several times, the chalk marks can be cleanly erased.

[138] After having used the blackboard eraser several times, the bottom member 400 of the blackboard eraser is made to produce friction with the chalk powder removing member 800 of the blackboard eraser cleaner, in order to clean the bottom member 400 of the blackboard eraser on which the chalk powders have been adsorbed.

[139] Here, the chalk powders adsorbed by fluffs of the bottom member 400 and part of the fluffs are fallen down and are accommodated in an accommodation groove 910 of the waste collecting drawer 900.

[140] Then, the waste collecting drawer 900 is taken out of the bottom bracket 700, and the waste accommodated in the accommodation groove 910 is discarded into a trash bin.

[141] Meanwhile, in order to solve the above problem, another blackboard erasing implement can be provided.

[142] Another blackboard erasing implement is provided according to another embodiment of the present invention and will be described below with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9.

[143] Before another blackboard erasing implement is described according to another embodiment of the present invention, the same reference numerals as those of the previous embodiment of the present invention are assigned to the same elements as those of the previous embodiment of the present invention.

[144] FIG. 7 is a disassembled perspective view showing a blackboard eraser including a support plate 100 and a bottom member 400.

[145] Here, the support plate 100 is configured to form the upper portion of the blackboard eraser. A combining groove 120 having a certain space is formed in the inside of the support plate 100.

[146] The combining groove 120 is a portion into which the bottom member 400 is accommodated, and size of the combining groove 120 is preferably formed in correspondence to that of the bottom member 400.

[147] The bottom member 400 is a portion with which chalk marks written on the blackboard are erased, and is configured so that fluffs formed in the inner skin of the natural leather are exposed.

[148] Here, as shown in FIG. 7, the bottom member 400 can be integrally formed without any difference from the outer skin member 300.

[149] Of course, the bottom member 400 is not limited to the case that it can be integrally formed without any difference from the outer skin member 300, but it is apparent to one skilled in the art that there are many modifications or variations. [150] Meanwhile, a cushion member 200 is preferably provided in the inside of the bottom member 400, in the same manner as that of the previous preferred embodiment of the present invention. [151] In addition, although not shown, it is preferable that a grip string is further installed on the upper surface of the support plate 100 in order to facilitate gripping of the blackboard eraser. [152] FIGS. 8 and 9 illustrate a blackboard eraser cleaner according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 8 is a disassembled perspective view thereof and FIG. 9 is a front view of the assembled blackboard erasure cleaner. [153] As shown in FIG. 8, the blackboard eraser cleaner includes a chalk powder removing member 800, an upper bracket 600, a lower bracket 700, an extended portion 730, an interval adjusting portion 740 and, a combining member 10. [154] The chalk powder removing member 800 is a portion on which the bottom member

400 is rubbed in order to remove chalk powders adsorbed on the blackboard eraser, to thus produce friction with the chalk powder removing member 800. The chalk powder removing member 800 is configured to form a plurality of protrusions 810 and a plurality of holes 820. [155] The protrusions 810 are portions on which the bottom member 400 is directly rubbed to produce friction, and are formed all over the chalk powder removing member 800. [156] The holes 820 are portions with which the protrusions 810 produce friction and through which chalk powders and fluffs fallen from the bottom member 400 pass so as to be accommodated in the chalk powder removing member 800. A plurality of the holes 820 are provided and then partitioned in a pattern of compartments. [157] As the holes 820 are partitioned as described above, scattering of the chalk powders and fluffs can be minimized. [158] Here, the holes 820 are preferably made in the form of a polygon, respectively. More preferably, the holes 820 are made in a hexagonal shape, respectively. [159] Of course, the holes 820 is not limited to a particular shape, but can be made in various forms. [160] The protrusions 810 are formed on the polygonal lines forming each of the holes 820 and are formed at the vertex areas of the polygonal shape. [161] Next, the upper bracket 600 is a portion into which the chalk powder removing member 800 is safely accommodated, and forms an accommodation groove 630 corresponding to size of the chalk powder removing member 800. [162] In addition, it is preferable that the upper bracket 600 is slantedly formed from one side of the upper bracket 600 to the other side thereof [163] This is to facilitate a friction process of the blackboard eraser.

[164] Next, the lower bracket 700 plays a role of supporting the upper bracket 600, and forms a detachment and attachment groove 750 from and to which the upper bracket

600 is detached and attached, respectively. [165] In other words, the blackboard eraser cleaner has a structure that the upper bracket

600 is safely accommodated into the detachment and attachment groove 750 of the bottom bracket 700, so that the upper bracket 600 can be easily detached from and attached to the lower bracket 700, to thus conveniently treat chalk powders that have been accommodated into the upper bracket 600. [166] Next, the extended portion 730 plays a role of forming a space at the lower side of the lower bracket 700 so as to be coupled with the blackboard. [167] To this end, the extended portion 730 is extensively formed toward the lower side from the lower bracket 700. [168] Next, the interval adjusting portion 740 plays a role of adjusting size of a space that is formed at the lower side of the lower bracket 700, and is configured to escalate along the extended portion 730. [169] In this case, the interval adjusting portion 740 is closely combined with the extended portion 730, and is bent and formed toward the lower side of the lower bracket 700 from the extended portion 730. [170] Meanwhile, an elongate hole 741 is formed in one of the interval adjusting portion

740 and the extended portion 730. [171] This is to adjust size of a space that is formed at the lower side of the lower bracket

700, in order to make it easy to combine a blackboard eraser cleaner with a blackboard. [172] In more detail, a portion where a blackboard eraser cleaner is combined with a blackboard is a chalk support stand (not shown) on which pieces of chalk are put. [173] In this case, since thickness of the chalk support stand may differ according to blackboards, size of a space that is formed at the lower side of the lower bracket 700 is adjusted by the elongate hole 741 that is formed in one of the interval adjusting portion

740 and the extended portion 730, in correspondence to thickness of the chalk support stand. [174] Of course, the blackboard eraser cleaner is not necessarily coupled with the chalk support stand, but can be combined with the other structure. Even in this case, size of a space that is formed at the lower side of the lower bracket 700 can be adjusted by the elongate hole 741 that is formed in one of the interval adjusting portion 740 and the extended portion 730, in correspondence to thickness of the other structure. [175] For convenience of explanation, in this specification, elongate holes 741 are formed at both sides of the interval adjusting portion 740, respectively, as an example. [176] Thus, since the elongate holes 741 are formed in both sides of the interval adjusting portion 740, a set of a bolt "B" and a nut (not shown) are provided in both sides of the extended portion 730 corresponding to the elongate holes 741.

[177] In other words, since the bolt "B" passes through the elongate hole 741 to then be coupled with the nut (not shown), the interval adjusting portion 740 is fixed in position.

[178] Next, a combining member 10 plays a role of making the blackboard eraser cleaner combined with the chalk support stand of the blackboard or any structure thereof, respectively, and is respectively installed at the bent portions of the interval adjusting portion 740.

[179] Here, the combining member 10 is same as that of the previous preferred embodiment of the present invention, and thus the detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[180] Hereinbelow, assembling and function of the blackboard erasing implement according to another embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration will be described.

[181] There is provided the blackboard eraser that is configured so that the bottom member 400 is fixed into the inner combining groove 120 of the support plate 100 with a nontoxic bond.

[182] Then, the blackboard eraser cleaner is combined on the blackboard.

[183] To this end, the blackboard eraser cleaner is disposed so that the chalk support stand of the blackboard is disposed in a space that is formed at the lower side of the lower bracket 700.

[184] Then, the screw member 13 of the combining member 10 is rotated to make the compressing member 12 closely attached on the bottom surface of the chalk support stand.

[185] Accordingly, the blackboard eraser cleaner is combined with the blackboard.

[186] The blackboard eraser is safely accommodated in the chalk powder removing member 800, at the state where the blackboard eraser cleaner has been combined with the blackboard.

[187] Meanwhile, in order to remove chalk powders adsorbed on the blackboard eraser, the bottom member 400 of the blackboard eraser is made to produce friction with the chalk powder removing member 800.

[188] Here, the chalk powders adsorbed on the bottom member 400 are fallen by the protrusions 810 of the chalk powder removing member 800, and the fallen chalk powders are accommodated into the accommodation groove 630 of the upper bracket 600, through the respectively partitioned holes 820.

[189] In this case, since a plurality of the holes 820 are respectively partitioned, scattering of the chalk powders can be minimized.

[190] Meanwhile, in the case that size of a space that is formed in the lower side of the lower bracket 700 is smaller than that of the chalk support stand or the other structure, the space can be increased by using the interval adjusting portion 740.

[191] To this end, the bolts "B" are released to thus make the interval adjusting portion 740 descend.

[192] In this case, the interval adjusting portion 740 descends as the elongate holes 741 are guided by the bolts "B" and it can be understood that a space can be further secured as many as length of the elongate holes 741.

[193] As described above, since the outer skin member 300 and the bottom member 400 that form the blackboard eraser are made of a natural leather material, adsorption with respect to chalk powders can be maximized due to a lot of fluffs formed in the natural leather.

[194] Accordingly, the blackboard erasing implement according to the present invention has technical features that prevents chalk powders from being flown and also makes the chalk marks on the blackboard erased cleanly at one time.

[195] In addition, the blackboard erasing implement according to the present invention has technical features that the blackboard eraser cleaner including the chalk powder removing member 800 is provided to make a process of removing chalk powders from the bottom member 400 of the blackboard eraser easier and more convenient. Industrial Applicability

[196] The blackboard erasing implement according to the present invention has the remarkable configuration of maximizing adsorption with respect to chalk powders, preventing chalk powders from scattering, and removing chalk powders adsorbed on the blackboard eraser quickly and cleanly, to thereby provide an optimized educational environment.

[197] Accordingly, a comfortable educational environment can be provided for schools and other educational facilities, through the blackboard erasing implement according to the present invention. Thus, blackboard erasing implement according to the present invention can be applied industrially.
