Abstract:
A blade control method for engineering machinery, a control system and engineering machinery. The blade control method for engineering machinery comprises: receiving an automatic leveling instruction and initial parameter information; according to the automatic leveling instruction, controlling a blade of the engineering machinery to enter an automatic leveling operation state, and controlling the blade to move by taking a first leveling posture corresponding to the initial parameter information as an initial reference posture; acquiring a first vertical load borne by the blade in a movement process and a descending displacement of the blade; determining a target reference posture of the blade according to the first vertical load and the descending displacement of the blade; and controlling the blade to perform an automatic leveling operation according to the target reference posture. By means of the technical solution, a blade posture adjusting process is optimized, adaptive adjustment of a leveling reference can be achieved, the accuracy is higher, and the safety of an operation process is effectively improved. In addition, the labor intensity of operators can be reduced, and construction efficiency is improved.
