Abstract:
A first optical member including a reflective mirror 34 and a lens 35 forms a first light path 25 for laser light. A second optical member including a reflective mirror 36, a lens 37, and a reflective mirror 38 forms a second light path 26 for the laser light. A motion mechanism moves a blade edge 22a of a blade part 22 relative to the first light path 25 and the second light path 26. A control unit causes the blade edge 22a to move relative to the first light path 25 by using the motion mechanism, and processes a flank surface 23 of the blade edge 22a using laser light passing through the first light path 25. The control unit also causes the blade edge 22a to move relative to the second light path 26 by using the motion mechanism, and processes a relief surface 24 of the blade edge 22a using laser light passing through the second light path 26.
