Abstract:
A blade locking structure (300) and a food processor (1000), which relate to the technical field of cooking appliances. The blade locking structure (300) comprises a blade locking block (301), which is used for lockingly mounting a blade (200) on a pot body (101). The blade locking block (301) has a locking cavity (3011). The locking cavity (3011) is used for accommodating a blade seat (201) of the blade (200). The blade seat (201) is constructed with a protrusion (2011) that radially extends outward. A support portion (302) is disposed on a side of the blade locking block (301) facing toward a pot opening of the pot body (101). At least a portion of the support portion (302) extends radially inwards and crosses the edge of the locking cavity (3011). In a first state, the blade locking block (301) presses against the outside of a pot bottom (1011) of the pot body (101), thus the blade (200) is lockingly mounted on the pot body (101), and the support portion (302) is located above the protrusion (2011). In a second state, the blade locking block (301) is released from the pot body (101), and the support portion (302) remains above the protrusion (2011), such that the support portion (302) can carry the protrusion (2011) so as to support the blade (200). In the blade locking structure (300), by providing the support portion (302) on the side of the blade locking block (301) facing toward the pot body (101), and by supporting the protrusion (2011) by means of the support portion (302), the blade (200) is supported, thereby further addressing the problem in which the blade (200) easily directly detaches.
