Abstract:
Conventionally, blade plates for crushers that crush material to be crushed, such as sprues, runners, and dams that become unnecessary, and crushers that use these blade plates, have been known. However, conventional blade plates make so-called "surface" contact with the material to be crushed, which is the object being contacted, and there are cases in which the sprues, runners, dams, and the like that have become unnecessary are not crushed finely.
[Constitution] The present invention provides a blade plate for a crusher disposed on a fixed side or a moving side that is formed by a base material part (41) and a plurality of blade parts disposed on the surface of this base material part (41) and is characterized in that the blade parts are formed of: rhomboid blade parts (44) the edges of which are formed by corners of a band-shaped part (44a) and inclined parts (44b); and peak shaped blade parts (45) the edges of which are formed by corners of a tip band-shaped part (45a) formed in a cross shape and skirt parts (45b) and are formed by corners of an inclined band-shaped part (45b1) and the skirt parts (45b), said peak shaped blade parts being formed in a polygonal shape and joined at a location where lines diagonal to the rhomboid parts (44) intersect. The present invention also provides a crusher that uses this blade plate.
