Abstract:
A blade torsion vibration damping apparatus and method for a horizontal-axis wind power generator set, comprising multiple torsional vibration mechanisms and torsion springs (5). The multiple torsional vibration mechanisms are arranged between a windward main beam (1) and a leeward main beam (2), and located in cross-sections of different spanwise directions. The torsional vibration mechanisms comprise bearers (4) and bearing supports (3), wherein the bearers (4) are mounted on the bearing supports (3). The bearing supports (3) are fixed onto the windward main beam (1) and the leeward main beam (2). The bearers (4) of two adjacent torsional vibration mechanisms are connected by means of the torsion springs (5). The research and development of the apparatus does not require to be incorporated into the overall equipment design process, can be performed independently in combination with the blade design, and does not affect the safety of the blade itself.
