Abstract:
The present invention relates to a blank form for official declarations, announcements and letters, wherein said form consists of standard-size sheet of paper. This blank form includes a field for writing down the text of the declaration as well as a field for printing the addressee's name and address. The blank form has a coloration and comprises a set of properties that indicate the category to which it belongs. The set of properties includes permanent information about the sender and the addressee and is reproduced onto said blank form according to a typographic method and in a coded form.
