Abstract:
This blast furnace abnormality assessment device is provided with: an abnormality indicator-calculating means for calculating an abnormality indicator that represents the degree of abnormality of a blast furnace; a ventilation indicator-calculating means for calculating a ventilation indicator for the blast furnace; and an assessment means for assessing the state of abnormality of the blast furnace using the abnormality indicator calculated by the abnormality indicator-calculating means and the ventilation indicator calculated by the ventilation indicator-calculating means. The abnormality indicator-calculating means preferably calculates the abnormality indicator using the output values of a shaft pressure sensor group disposed around the blast furnace body.
