Abstract:
A blast furnace bottom structure, comprising a furnace body (1). The bottom of the furnace body (1) is provided with a furnace bottom lining (7). The side wall of the furnace body (1) is provided with a hearth lining (4). The lower part of the side wall of the furnace body (1) is provided with a tap port (2). A molten iron outflow channel (3) extending from the center of the tap port (2) to the inside of the furnace body (1) is provided, and the molten iron outflow channel (3) is arranged through the hearth lining (4). The hearth lining (4) is provided with an arc-shaped bottom with an upward opening at the lower part of the molten iron outflow channel (3). The arc-shaped bottom comprises an annular arc-shaped side surface (5) disposed at the lower part of the hearth lining (4), and an arc-shaped bottom surface (6) disposed at the top of the furnace bottom lining (7). Thus, by optimizing the blast furnace bottom structure, physical intervention is performed on the original factors affecting the service life of a blast furnace, the furnace bottom is designed as an arc-shaped bottom to guide an erosion mode, and the molten iron in the furnace is guided to stably flow from the furnace bottom through the hearth to a tap hole upon tapping, reducing the mechanical erosion of a furnace bottom and hearth junction caused by the flow of molten iron, prolonging the service lives of the furnace bottom and hearth, thereby prolonging the service life of the blast furnace as a whole.
