Abstract:
A blended fruit wine and a preparation method, relating to the technical field of health-preserving drinks. The blended fruit wine uses a five-cereal puree wine and a fruit puree wine, and is prepared by blending 61.8 wt% of the five-cereal puree wine and 38.2 wt% of the fruit puree wine, or blending 38.2 wt% of the five-cereal puree wine and 61.8 wt% of the fruit puree wine. The blended fruit wine achieve full fusion of various nutritional ingredients in five cereals and fruits with ethanol and water, has soft and smooth taste, also has rich nutritional value and health-care function, and can satisfy the demand of a human body for most trace elements.
