Abstract:
A blended plant fiber skin-friendly fabric and processing method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a corn fiber yarn; (2) using complex coacervation to prepare micro-capsules of the Lavandula augustifoli essential oil; (3) manufacturing a slow-release Lavandula augustifoli essential oil-soy protein fiber; (4) weaving: using the corn fiber yarn manufactured in step (1) as the warp thread and the slow-release Lavandula augustifoli essential oil-soy protein fiber manufactured in step (3) as the weft thread, then using a conventional weaving method to manufacture a fabric; (5) dyeing; and (6) post-dyeing finishing. The fabric manufactured using the method has good fabric heat retention, anti-microbial and odor suppression, and anti-static performance.
