Abstract:
A blink promotion device (1) is provided with: a blink frequency calculation unit (141) that calculates the frequency of blink motion per unit time of a person to be monitored; and a tactile simulation operation unit (12) that executes, as a tactile stimulation operation for the person to be monitored, an operation for simulating eyelashes when the frequency calculated by the blink frequency calculation unit is less than a preset threshold value.
