A blockchain-based equipment service value accounting method and device, comprising: establishing a value event account book; on the basis of data generated in value activity, generating a value activity accounting voucher and a registration detail account; after a value event is finished, generating an event execution record on the basis of the value event account book, the value activity accounting voucher and the registration detail account; and on the basis of the event execution record, executing a value accounting smart contract, and generating a user revenue record. An equipment service value accounting process oriented to multi-party collaboration is defined, the value event and the value activity are separated, and the accounting voucher and the detail account of the value activity are designed, so that the requirement of an equipment service provider for a value event collaboration service in actual production is better met, and the efficiency of the equipment service value accounting and the security of accounting data are improved.
