Disclosed are a blockchain decentralized point-to-point payment channel-based transaction method and system. In a preparation step, a user B sends a payment receipt address to a user A; in a creation step, the user A stores a virtual asset into a payment channel by means of a smart contract, wherein an accumulated sum of N top-ups is XN, information of each top-up is stored to a blockchain, and a total real-time accumulated payable amount is set to be X; in a payment step, the user A sends information of each payment to the user B, wherein the payment information is not stored to the blockchain, an accumulated payment sum is Yi, and a total real-time accumulated payment amount is set to be Y, Yi being not greater than XN, Y being not greater than X; in a withdrawal step, the sum of M accumulated withdrawals of the user B is ZM, and a total real-time accumulated withdrawal amount is set to be Z, ZM being not greater than Yi, Z being not greater than Y; and in a cancellation step, when the payment channel reaches a deadline, payment channel clearing is cancelled. The present invention ensures secure, quick, and low-cost payments, and effectively solves the problem of high-frequency low-amount payments plaguing a blockchain.
