Abstract:
Provided are a novel blood collection implement with which it is possible to prevent blood from coming into contact with air during collection of blood, and a blood collection plate that is suitably used therefor. A blood collection implement 10 comprising a blood retaining member 16 which is formed as a superimposed structure of a plurality of plate-form members 44, 46 and in which a blood collection retaining channel 38 is formed between superimposed surfaces, a connection part 18 being provided to an inlet 74 of the blood collection retaining channel 38 in the blood retaining member 16, a puncture member 14 provided with a puncturing hollow needle 76 being connected to the connection part, and an inner hole 78 in the hollow needle 76 of the puncture member 14 being allowed to communicate with the blood collection retaining channel 38 in the blood retaining member 16.
