Abstract:
A blood platelet inhibition rate calculation method based on a thromboelastogram. The method comprises: testing a blood sample to obtain a thromboelastogram, wherein the thromboelastogram comprises a maximum coagulation intensity MAt curve, a minimum coagulation intensity MAf curve and a blood platelet coagulation curve f(t) after the blood sample coagulates; transforming coordinate axes of the curves of the thromboelastogram, and translating an X axis to the position of a symmetry axis of the three curves; integrating a numerical amplitude value of a coagulation intensity that is obtained by testing, and a coagulation time value, and respectively calculating an integral coagulation intensity DIt of the maximum coagulation intensity MAt curve, an integral coagulation intensity DIf of the minimum coagulation intensity MAf curve, and an integral coagulation intensity DI of the coagulation curve f(t); and calculating a blood platelet inhibition rate BPI = (1 - (DI - DIf)/(DIt - DIf)) × 100%. An evaluation result obtained by means of the calculation method is more accurate and can correctly reflect the actual state in which blood platelets are inhibited after the use of a blood platelet inhibition drug.
