Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of electronic devices. Disclosed are a blood pressure measurement method and an electronic device, to solve the problem of low blood pressure measurement accuracy due to the difference in wear tightness. The specific solution is that: an electronic device receives a first input, and an air pump inflates and pressurizes a bladder; the electronic device obtains the pressure value of the bladder during a process of controlling the air pump to inflate and pressurize the bladder; the electronic device obtains a first pressure signal, the first pressure signal being a signal that the pressure value of the bladder changes with time during a process in which the air pump starts to inflate and pressurize the bladder until the pressure value of the bladder is equal to a preset pressure value; the electronic device determines, according to the first pressure signal, the tightness of a wristband worn by a user; the electronic device corrects, according to the tightness, corrects a blood pressure measurement value determined according to a second pressure signal to determine the blood pressure value of the user, the second pressure signal being a signal that the pressure value of the bladder changes with time after the pressure value of the bladder exceeds the preset pressure value.
