Abstract:
The present invention proposes a sensor for measuring a biological signal such as a blood pressure waveform, and a blood pressure measurement apparatus provided with such a sensor to measure blood pressure. In the present invention, the measurement sensor comprises: a first metal sheet that acts as a ground and has a hole formed in the center thereof; a first insulator that is located under the first metal sheet and has a hole formed at the center thereof; a second metal sheet that is located under the first insulator and acts as a patch; a second insulator that is located under the second metal sheet; and a signal pin that passes through the hole and has an end in contact with the second metal sheet. In addition, when an electromagnetic field is supplied through the signal pin, a blood pressure waveform is sensed by measuring an impedance formed on the second metal sheet.
