Abstract:
The present application provides a blood vessel segmentation method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The blood vessel segmentation method comprises: inputting an original medical image into a first blood vessel segmentation model to obtain a first blood vessel segmentation prediction result of a target blood vessel, and obtaining from the first blood vessel segmentation prediction result a blood vessel trunk positioning result of the target blood vessel; cutting the original medical image into a plurality of local image blocks, and, according to the position of each local image block in the original medical image and the blood vessel trunk positioning result, cutting from the original medical image a global area of the target blood vessel; inputting the global area into the first blood vessel segmentation model to obtain a global intermediate feature map generated in an intermediate stage; and inputting the plurality of local image blocks into a second blood vessel segmentation model, and introducing the global intermediate feature map as reference information of blood vessel segmentation prediction into the second blood vessel segmentation model by means of data exchange to obtain a second blood vessel segmentation prediction result of the target blood vessel. In this way, the present application can effectively improve the accuracy of the blood vessel segmentation result.
