Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a blower bearing block lubrication oil system, comprising a bearing block, a bearing and a shaft, which are successively nested. The bearing and the bearing block are provided therein with an oil gallery for lubrication oil; an oil gallery inlet is arranged on one side of the bearing block; a first outlet channel of and a second outlet channel of the oil gallery are both located on the other side of the bearing block; the middle section of the oil gallery passes through the interior of the bearing; a waste discharge chamber is between the oil gallery upstream the first outlet channel and the oil gallery at bearing outlets; a side face of the waste discharge chamber is connected to the first outlet channel; the first outlet channel is arranged close to the axle center of the bearing block in a direction parallel to the axis of the bearing block; the bottom of the waste discharge chamber is an inverted conical flow guide slope; the bottom of the flow guide slope is connected to the second outlet channel; the second outlet channel is arranged close to the outer side of the bearing block in a direction inclining towards the outer side of the bearing block.
