Abstract:
This blower device (100) comprises a generating unit (101) and a first blower unit (102). The generating unit (101) generates a specific component (CP). The first blower unit (102) discharges first wind (F1) that includes the specific component (CP) generated by the generating unit (101). The first wind (F1) discharged by the first blower unit (102), and second wind (F2) discharged by a second blower unit, merge together. The first blower unit (101) preferably discharges the first wind (F1) at a wind speed lower than that of the second wind (F2).
