The present application relates to the field of Bluetooth broadcast, and discloses a Bluetooth audio receiving method and apparatus, a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring synchronization auxiliary information of a first broadcast source device, the first broadcast source device being used for Bluetooth audio broadcasting (201); performing periodic broadcast PA synchronization with the first broadcast source device on the basis of the synchronization auxiliary information, and acquiring periodic broadcast synchronization information of the first broadcast source device (202); and performing broadcast isochronous data stream BIS synchronization with the first broadcast source device on the basis of the periodic broadcast synchronization information, and receiving Bluetooth audio data broadcasted by the first broadcast source device (203).
