Provided in the present invention are a BMS slave board, a BMS mainboard, and a battery pack and a temperature and humidity control method therefor. The BMS slave board comprises: a first temperature and humidity sensing unit, which is used for collecting and storing temperature and humidity of a predetermined area inside a battery pack box body; and a battery sampling chip, which is communicatively coupled to the first temperature and humidity sensing unit, and is used for acquiring the temperature and humidity by means of accessing the first temperature and humidity sensing unit, wherein the first temperature and humidity sensing unit and the battery sampling chip are arranged on the same circuit board, and a power supply end of the first temperature and humidity sensing unit is connected to a power source output end of a battery module. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, a power supply end of a first temperature and humidity sensing unit is connected to a power source output end of a battery module, such that temperature and humidity monitoring can be continuously performed without being influenced by the factor of a vehicle being powered off due to parking, thereby solving the defect, in the prior art, of it being impossible to monitor the humidity inside a battery pack after the vehicle is powered off.
