The present invention relates to a board for building finishing and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the board is manufactured by using fly ash as a main material and can be used in the finishing treatment for inner walls of buildings or the like. The present invention comprises the steps of: A) mixing 54.5-75.5 wt% of fly ash, 15.0-25.5 wt% of wood powder, and 9.5-20.0 wt% of an antibacterial material, followed by powdering, to form a base raw material; B) mixing 47.5-66.5 wt% of the base raw material in step A), 13.5-19.0 wt% of magnesium oxide, 3.5-8.5 wt% of silicon oxide, 14.5-19.5 wt% of magnesium chloride, and 2.0-5.5 wt% of carbon fiber powder to form a mixture; C) adding 5-15 parts by weight of a foaming agent, 2-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer, and 5-15 parts by weight of an enhancer to 100 parts by weight of an admixture obtained through the mixing of the mixture in step B) and a liquid binder at a weight ratio of 1 : 0.1-5.0, followed by stirring at 180-220℃ for 20-40 minutes at a rotational speed of 1800-2200 RPM, to thereby form a stirred product; and D) drying a molded product, which is obtained by injecting the stirred product in step C) into a mold and subjecting the stirred product to injection molding at 150-180℃.
