Technical Field The invention is in the architecture field It is designed to cover up naked walls in kitchens, bathrooms, refrigeration rooms, large external surfaces, hail floors, hotel lobbies and industrial halls.
On every level surface you can do a professional work without requiring a proressionauexpert team.
You can use every tile/brick available in the market, e. Q. ceramics, stone. glass. marble, etc.
Background art The background and the knowledge came from an extensive practical work in construction- and observation on practitioner in this field.
Disclosure of Invention The invention is built from squared boards made from partitions in the sizes of every commercially available tile/brick (20 x 15, 15 x 15, etc.) and the partition is lower than the tilefbrick in a few millimeters. Every board is a rectangle containing 9 squares or more.
The board can be fixed with a steel nail or with a screw to the wall. Obviously it has to be flat to the wall/floor. In such way the operator can cover the whole surface with boards and the surplus partitions can be easily cut off with a knife. Then, the stonesibricks or tiles can be glued to the board with an acrylic glue gun or any other glue able to glue cement to ceramic.
The advantage of this new method is that everyone, and not just professionals, can complete the task of covering any wall quicker, cheaper and cleaner. Professionals can also triple their output and complete the work with much less effort.
Another advantage is that the user can combine working with the new board and with the older technique simultaneously (this advantage deals with sharp corners, etc.) And finally all the user has to do is to fill the slits with sealing material.
And the board remains hidden.
Covering old walls in any city can be made promptly and with a quality that has not been seen yet.
Best way to carry out the invention 1. Spread a thin layer of acrylic glue on the bottom of the board.
2. Attach the board to the designated location with standard or steel naiisiscre. vs.
3. Then, spread a thin laser of slue alt over the back pan of the tile : bricn.
4. Attach the tile/brick to the board for a few seconds very firmly and continue so until finishing a whole board and subsequently the entire wall.
. II the process of completing a board with its partitions should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes. 2 to 3 hours after and when the glue is dry, you can fill the slits between the bric'is/riles with a suitable filling.
Industrial applicability The product is made from foamed plastic and by the vacuum foaming technique.
The product is manufactured by a mould press.
The product can also be made from any other materials and in the size of every commercially available tile/brick.
The Method The method uses a board consisting of certain geometric shapes, in varying of fixed sizes according 10 the desired design. There are dividers on the board that define the boarders of the tiles and on the board itself there is a opening for each die that enables attaching of it to the surface that it is to cover.
The board itself is attached to the wall before commencing work, either by a sieet nait or a screwand wall plug.
In addition, a thin coat of glue on the back of the board attaches it to the wall. A similar board is positioned next this board, and so on, in the same manner.
