Abstract:
This boarding assistance system comprises: a reception means that receives, from a vehicle dispatch system for dispatching passenger vehicles, a combination of information about a passenger vehicle for which a reservation has been received from a user and information about the user who made the reservation; an image acquisition means that selects one of a plurality of fixed-point cameras installed on a roadside, on the basis of the user information, and acquires a captured image of the user who made the reservation; and a display means that uses the captured image of the user to cause a prescribed display device to display information for identifying the user of the passenger vehicle.
