The present invention relates to a boat having wings, the boat comprising: a main body having buoyancy and having a cockpit space formed on the top part thereof; and buoyant wing portions symmetrically protruding from both sides of the main body and positioned away from each other in the front area and the rear area of the main body, wherein the buoyant wing portion comprises: a body having a length on the side part of the main body; a buoyant space formed inside the body in a sealed state; a water storage portion disposed in a direction opposite from the main body with respect to the buoyant space, having an opening/closing portion on the bottom part thereof so as to be opened or closed, and having an inlet port formed on the top part thereof such that water can flow therein; and a buoyancy adjustment portion provided in a direction opposite from the buoyant space with respect to the water storage portion, and for changing the buoyancy of the body by adjusting the amount of water stored inside.
