Abstract:
Through a driving unit part having a gear structure, a link member for converting a rotational force into linear movement, and a sliding holding member, the present invention: makes less noise than a conventional body fat burning exercise apparatus; can be used semi-permanently; prevents torsion between elements coupled to each other and thus realizes a mechanically stable operation; generates strong vibration of a body part, such as arm or thigh, by means of inertial kinetic energy, so that a user can achieve an exercise effect of easily burning the user's body fat in a short period and a user who cannot freely move the user's body can also receive effects of exercise.
