Abstract:
This body temperature adjusting device (10) which adjusts the body temperature of a human body (BD) is provided with: a heater (30) which generates heat in a state in which the body temperature adjusting device (10) is attached to the human body; and a heat control unit (51) which adjusts the amount of heat generated by the heater. The heater control unit is configured to perform a sleep control which is a control for adjusting the amount of heat generated by the heater so as to lower the body temperature at a preset sleep time.
