Abstract:
A boiler having a waste heat recovery function, comprising a boiler body (1). A flue gas discharge pipe (2) is provided on the upper side of the boiler body (1); the other end of the flue gas discharge pipe (2) is communicated with a waste heat recovery box (4) by means of a filtering assembly (3); a water passage cavity (5) is provided in the waste heat recovery box (4); the water passage cavity (5) is of a wavy structure and inner cavities are communicated; one end of the water passage cavity (5) is communicated with a water inlet (7) of the waste heat recovery box (4), and the other end of the water passage cavity (5) is communicated with a water outlet (8) of the waste heat recovery box (4); the water passage cavity (5) is provided with a plurality of gas guide holes (13) running through the water passage cavity (5); a gas discharge pipe (6) is provided at the end of the waste heat recovery box (4) away from the flue gas discharge pipe (2). Beneficial effect: flue gas generated by the boiler is discharged by the flue gas discharge pipe (2) and is preliminarily purified by the filtering assembly (3), the preliminarily purified flue gas enters the waste heat recovery box (4) and exchanges heat with water in the water passage cavity (5), the water passage cavity (5) is configured to be of a wavy structure and the inner cavities are communicated, and the water passage cavity (5) is provided with a plurality of gas guide holes (13) running through the water passage cavity (5), thereby effectively improving waste heat recovery efficiency.
