Abstract:
Provided are a boiler superheated steam temperature control method, device and system. The temperature control method comprises the following steps: step 1: acquiring an outlet temperature of a present-level desuperheater and an outlet temperature of a present-level superheater; step 2: calculating a temperature feedforward value of the present-level desuperheater; step 3: calculating a temperature deviation value of an outlet of the present-level superheater; and step 4: sending a result of adding the temperature feedforward value and the temperature deviation value to a PID controller, and controlling the water spray amount of the present-level desuperheater by means of the PID controller. By means of the method, the temperature change trend of superheated steam, after passing through a desuperheater, in a superheater system can be reflected more truly and accurately, so that a controller precisely prejudges and controls the water spray amount of the desuperheater, and finally, a superheated steam temperature is maintained within a range required for boiler operation.
