Abstract:
Provided are: a bonded member (1) which is firmly bonded and has a fine space (5) that has excellent resistance to nonpolar solvents; and a method for producing the bonded member (1).
A bonded member (1) which is obtained by bonding a first base (11) that is formed of a cycloolefin resin and is provided with a recess (20) and a second base (12) that is formed of a cycloolefin resin with each other, and which has a fine space (5) that is formed by the recess (20) and the second base (12). The first base (11) and the second base (12) are bonded with each other by means of a paraffin-based material; and the recess (20) is provided with a hydrophilized layer (11a) into which a nonpolar solvent does not penetrate.
