This bone section image analysis method comprises the step of extracting a predetermined bone region (A) and a predetermined member (300) having a higher brightness than a bone section on the basis of the learning result of machine learning using a first learning input image (30) acquired by adding a first simulation member image (300a) for simulating the predetermined member (300) to a bone region image (20) and a first label image (40) corresponding to the first learning input image (30).
