Abstract:
The present invention is a booster circuit that boosts voltage using a plurality of capacitors (4) and a plurality of diodes (5) positioned on an insulation substrate (10), wherein the insulation substrate (10) is divided into a plurality of insulated substrates (10A), insulation substrates (10B), and insulation substrates (10C), and the plurality of capacitors (4) and/or the plurality of diodes (5) are positioned between the insulation substrates (10A), the insulation substrates (10B), and the insulation substrates (10C) across the insulation layer between the insulation substrates (10A), the insulation substrates (10B), and the insulation substrates (10C).
