A packaging bottle, comprising a bottle cap, wherein the bottle cap comprises a cap body (1) that is of a layered structure; the cap body comprises a first layer (2), a second layer (3), and a third layer (4); the first layer is an outer layer; the third layer is an inner layer; the second layer is an intermediate layer located between the first layer and the third layer; and the second layer comprises at least one low-oxygen-permeability barrier layer.
