Abstract:
The present application provides a bowl assembly and a food processor. The bowl assembly comprises: a bowl body provided with a residue discharge port; and a flexible rubber resistance member comprising a residue blocking portion, wherein the residue blocking portion is movably installed on the bowl body, and seals and covers the residue discharge port, and the thickness of the residue blocking portion in a residue discharge direction of the residue discharge port decreases along a moving direction of the residue blocking portion. The technical solution enables a residue discharge pressure to be adjusted by means of adjusting the thickness of the flexible rubber resistance member corresponding to the residue discharge port, thereby adjusting residue discharge resistance of the residue discharge port according to the firmness of a food ingredient, and enabling a user to adjust the residue discharge resistance according to different food ingredients, such that the product provides a better overall juicing effect when juicing food ingredients having different firmness levels. In addition, the configuration enables the flexible rubber resistance member to cover and remain installed on the residue discharge port at all times, thereby preventing the residue discharge port from being opened and causing juice leakage, preventing juices from being wasted, and improving juice extraction performance.
