Description:
BOWL LOCKING SYSTEM OVER A BEARING SHAFT

Technical Field

The invention relates to a system for fixation of the bowi of a kitchen appliance; by means of the protrusions on a tube of a certain height pre-assembted inside the bowl and through the engagement of these protrusions into specially shaped corresponding channels on the bearing shaft.

State of the Art

During use, fixation/locking of the bowl of the machines is conducted with a number of methods. Limitation of an area to be used by machines is important for businesses, and requirement for an additional space for locking is a troublesome situation. Due to various slots and recesses used on the outer surfaces of the locking systems, device cleaning causes an additional cost and workforce loss for businesses. Moreover, idle movement of the machine bowl in operation expose® a user to a variety of dangers.

The invention relates to a fixation system developed for overcoming the aforementioned problems and enabling the fixation of foe bowl by means of the engagement of the protrusions on the bowl tube illustrated in Fig. 4 onto the corresponding slots on the bearing shaft and so the smooth transmission of the motor movement through the fixed bowl to the blades without vibration.

Object of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bowl fixation system satisfying all aforementioned requirements, eliminating all disadvantages and bringing some additional advantages.

The main object of the bowl fixation system of the invention is to enable secure standing of the bowl on the machine.

Another object of the invention is to make gains in terms of labor and cost. Another object of the invention is to enable easy cleaning.

Another object of the invention is to enable easy assembly-disassembly of the bowl. Drawings for Understanding of the Invention

For foil understanding of the structure of the present invention and advantages thereof along with additional elements, it should be evaluated with drawings explained below. Fig. 1 : Linear view of the bowl locking system over the bearing shaft of the invention.

Fig. 2: Technical movement detailing view of the bowl locking and bowl disassembly procedures.

Fig. 3: Linear view of the channel enabling the locking.

Fig. 4: Linear view of the bowl tube protrusions enabling the locking.

The drawings are not required to be scaled and detests not essential for understandinghe invention may have been ignored. Moreover, at least substantially identical elements and the elements with substantially identical functions are indicated with the same numerals.

The invention relates to a system for fixation of the bowl of a kitchen appliance; by means of the protrusions on a tube of a certain height pre-assembied inside the bowl and through the engagement of these protrusions into specially shaped corresponding channels on the bearing shaft. Said locking system is characterized as aocking bearing shaft (2), and the bearing shaft (2) is mounted into the flange (1), onto which the bowl (4) is fixed with the close-fit method. There is a sensor shaft (10) on the rear region of the flange (1) used for sensing the presence of the dome-shaped cover 5), serving as the magnetic reed contact housing and manufactured of stainless steel. The transparent dome-shaped cover (5) on the bow) (4) prevents outflow of the material being processed within the bowl (4) while the machine is in operation. Duringnsertion of the bowl (4), the protrusions on the inner portion of the bowl tube (12) are matched with the channels on the bearing shaft (2), and the bowl (4) is engaged onto he bearing shaft. Within said bearing shaft (2), the rollers mounted with close-fit method onto the motor shaft comprises the main shaft (3) transmitting the movement received from the motor. The motor is mounted to the flange (1) with bolts from the bottom. On the bearing shaft (2) show) in Fig. 3, there is a specially shaped channel 11) enabling bowl locking. As stated in Fig. 2, the bowl locking is enabled with vertical entrance of the protrusions (12) on the bowl tube into the channel (11) on the bearing shaft (2) and the horizontal rotation thereof. On movement in opposite direction, the bowl may be disassembled. In order to realize the locking procedure, the protrusions 12) are required to move in a downward (-z) direction on the channel (11) and to be rotated in a counter-clockwise (-t) direction.

Said dome shaped cover (5) is enabled to ideally press on the bowl (4) surface by the downward pulling of the dome-shaped cover (5) from the slots on the comers of the cover fixation bridge (7) using the cover latches (6). Thusly the sealing feature is provided. There is a full-length hole on the material addition hole (8) on the cover (5), and it enables the placement of the material thereinto during the operation of the machine. The stripping of the material renaming on the dome-shaped cover (5) and the bowl (4), thusly enabling visibility of the bowl (4). and mixing of the materials are performed by the scraper arm (9).
