Abstract:
The present application provides a box assembly processing method, and a box assembly. The box assembly processing method comprises: soaking a mica paper in an epoxy resin; drying the mica paper soaked in the epoxy resin, so as to form a semi-cured resin mica paper; using the semi-cured resin mica paper as a fireproof layer, and co-curing with a semi-cured first fiber-reinforced resin to form the box assembly. In embodiments of the present application, the mica paper and the first fiber-reinforced resin are closely bonded and co-cured, thus structural delamination cannot easily occur; moreover, this can cause the box assembly to have relatively high fire resistance, and at the same time can also improve the mechanical properties of the box assembly, and enhance overall structural strength.
