Abstract:

A box-clamping robotic arm and a vertical cartoning machine, comprising: a fixing base (100), the fixing base (100) being provided with a guide rail mechanism (120); a driving mechanism (200), which is disposed on the fixing base (100); a transmission assembly (300), which is rotatably disposed on the driving mechanism (200); a peripheral rod (1400), which is drivingly connected to the driving mechanism (200); a first box-clamping mechanism (400), which is slidably disposed on the guide rail mechanism (120), the first box-clamping mechanism (400) comprising a first clamping plate (410); a second box-clamping mechanism (500), which is slidably disposed on the guide rail mechanism (120), the second box-clamping mechanism (500) comprising a second clamping plate (510) which is provided at an interval from the first clamping plate (410) and which may be moved close thereto or far therefrom; a peripheral plate (700); the peripheral plate (700), the first clamping plate (410), the second clamping plate (510) and the peripheral rod (1400) cooperate to form a box-clamping station (600) that is used for clamping and fixing a box. The box-clamping robotic arm and the vertical cartoning machine may ensure that a box is in an absolutely square state, and ensure that a box tongue may be pressed into the box body, thereby improving quality and efficiency in producing products, while operation is efficient and reliable, the present invention being simple to use and environmentally friendly.
