Abstract:
A box-type cushioned packaging structure, comprising a single sheet-like plastic film material (1); the plastic film material (1) is sealed into a plurality of air columns (2) and air channels (3) by means of air column mould-pressed lines, and the plurality of air columns (2) form six air column areas and four non-air column areas. The box-type cushioned packaging structure is processed into six air column areas and four non-air column areas by means of the plastic film material (1). As an air intake method of a left body panel air column area (105) and a right body panel air column area (106) is to supply air by means of air channels (3) at the leftmost and rightmost air columns (2) of a rear body panel air column area (103); in addition, the air columns (2) in the left body panel air column area (105) and the air columns (2) in the right body panel air column area (106) are in communication with each other by means of notches (202) distributed in a staggered manner, facilitating entering of air into respective air columns (2). The air columns (2) of a front body panel air column area (101), a base panel air column area (102), the rear body panel air column area (103) and a cover body air column area (104) are in communication with each other; furthermore, communicating positions of the air channels (3) use heat sealing at mould-pressed points (201), achieving the effects of both allowing air to pass through, and facilitating folding of the box body.
