Abstract:
A method and a device for fitting an external connection part to a braided sleeve. The device comprises the braided sleeve (3) having, at its one end, an opening part (3a) with diameter reducing property and, at its other end, an opening part (3b) with diameter increasing property, an external connection part (5) having a tubular sleeve mounting part (5b) and formed by expanding the opening part (3a) with diameter reducing property of the braided sleeve (3) from the opening part (3b) with diameter increasing property and covering it on the outer periphery of the sleeve mounting part (5b), and an annular part (7) fitted to the outer periphery of the sleeve mounting part (5b) so as to hold the opening part (3a) with diameter reducing property of the braided sleeve (3) between the annular part and the sleeve mounting part (5b).
