Abstract:
Provided is a brake caliper fixing apparatus, comprising a fixing plate apparatus (1), a piston apparatus (2), a brake disc (3), an axle portion (4), an oil inlet pipe (5), and a brake caliper body (6), wherein the brake disc is mounted at the front end of the axle portion and fastened to the axle portion. When a brake caliper is fixed or disassembled, the brake caliper is directly fixed by means of a stud, and therefore, the stud needs to be repeatedly screwed up, and the fixing mode also easily causes aging and rusting due to the use of the stud. Resonance in a braking process also affects the stud, and therefore indirectly affects the usage safety of a braking system. By pressing a movable screw apparatus downwards, the brake caliper fixing apparatus drives a swing arm to swing, and cooperates with a disc fastening apparatus, and transversal and longitudinal cooperation can further enable the components to be more firmly connected and reduce the resonance caused by vibration in the braking process, and therefore, the present invention has higher safety.
